We are a small group of computer savvy programmers who wanted to find a better way to find renters for our vacation homes. There are plenty of other sites, so we needed to figure out a way to build a better product.

What we discovered is that many of the popular sites are now full of advertisements for all types of things not related to Vacation Rentals. These sites are expensive to advertise on and they have a large quantity of homes. How would anyone ever find our homes?

So, we decided to create a simple Vacation Rental web site, where we could list our properties and make it easy for potential renters to search and find the property they were looking for. It was important that our site be easy to use and inexpensive to join. We created this site to fulfill that need. You will not find us listing cell phones or aspirin. What we have focused on is the vacation property owner listing their home and the potential Vacation Home Renter finding that special home.

We wanted to make it inexpensive, but realized that if we made it free, people might abuse the privilege of using our site. So, we are asking for a minimal fee to cover our expenses and advertising costs.

We currently welcome new vacation home owners to join, but our master plan is to place a maximum number of listed homes so that we are not saturated by inventory.

We invite you to join our dream right now. Why let that vacation home sit idol, if you are not using it. Just renting your home one or two weekends a year can cover many expenses. In this economy, why not take advantage of the assets your already own.
